About

working together Since '95

Even with the tremendous growth in Barrow County, Geoffrey and Monika have been able to preserve beautiful piece of heaven, for you and your horse to enjoy horse boarding. Geoffrey always dreamed of earning a living and raising a family on the farm. And Monika the typical farmer’s wife, spent most of her youth in South Georgia.

It has been a dream come true to raise three strong farmhands – Beau, Tyler, and Daniel on the farm. We have been blessed with Beau’s wife, Maggie, as beautiful inside as outside, to join us on the farm, who we couldn’t love any more than we do. Horses have been a daily part of our lives on the farm for many years.

Geoffrey’s love of horses began as a child, spending time on his Uncle Noah’s farm in Cottonwood, Alabama as a youngster.  The childhood horse Shannon still holds a special place in his heart.  At the age of 14, he worked as a “Wrangler” at Camp Maranatha where he had the opportunity to work with horses.

When we would visit Uncle Heinz in Wachtendonk, Germany, he always would go out of his way to make sure the beautiful European horses housed at the local farms were the main items on the itinerary.

Our friends Butch and Wendy have also been an important part of the staff with hay management.

Our family consists of hard working, down to earth folks that strive to provide a fun, safe, Christian environment for horse boarding and children and families to enjoy horses by offering the lesson program.

We are down to earth people who know how to enjoy the simple pleasures in life. We hope our farm provides a special place for people of diverse backgrounds to relax and enjoy the things that matter most.

Come check out our horse boarding, and kick up your heels and stay awhile.  Welcome to “The Stable in Bethlehem”. And God bless America.
